Programme
Our flagship online product
We use a 1:1 based approach where you will have your very own Forever Lean coach by your side throughout your journey.
With an unlimited amount of accountability and private access to your coach, together, we will help you navigate the confusing world of dieting and exercise.
We will help develop daily habits that allow for progression while still being able to enjoy social occasions without feeling the dreaded guilt on a Monday morning.
The Forever Lean Programme is our highest tier product, meaning that besides receiving unrivaled support from your coach, you will also enjoy the benefits below:
- 1:1 access to your coach via our app and messenger. No question too great; we will always be there to guide you.
- Membership to our training app. The app serves as a central HUB so that you have one place to track body weight, measurements, photos, and training.
- You will receive a tailored training programme designed around you, your family, and your working week. We will set your training week up so that you obtain optimal results with minimal stress.
- Tailored nutritional targets will fast-track your results. Forever Lean will never issue a cookie-cutter approach as nutrition is as individual as you are. We will, however, revamp the way that you look at food, squashing the negative relationships that you have built up with certain food groups over the years. Our goal is to remove guilt around food.
- A free monthly recipe book that contains 30 high-performance fat-loss meals. They’re non-conventional recipes, including curries, burgers, steak, lasagne, and fake-away meals. You will never have to eat brown rice and dry chicken breast again.
- In addition to receiving your personally dedicated coach, you will also receive membership to the Forever Lean FaceBook group. Providing further accountability and a fun, safe place to ask questions, take part in weekly-challenges, and watch live lectures from our coaches, where we will educate you on all things nutrition, training, and lifestyle.
Nutrition
8 week nutrition programme
Our 8-week nutrition programme aims at those of you who need a helping hand when it comes to your nutritional intake. You may be in a position whereby you have exercise and training under control. Yet, you might not be yielding the results you desire due to the foods you eat.
Working with a Forever Lean Coach over 8-weeks, you will address your current habits and use it to create the baseline to develop upon throughout your time together.
The results this programme produces are exceptional.
- The initial consultation via Skype/Facetime will serve as the starting point of the programme. We’ll cover previous dieting history, your current weekly schedule, and where you would like to see yourself in 8-weeks time. Following the consultation, your coach will deliver the initial feedback with what we will focus on to start making progress.
- Membership to our training app. The app serves as a central HUB so that you have one place to track body weight, measurements, photos, and training.
- You’ll have 1:1 access to your coach every day and a weekly check-in which, will all be delivered electronically for a streamlined service. Once we have your check-in form, we will provide a video feedback response directly via the messenger, making it an easy way to digest the new weekly goals.
- A free monthly recipe book that contains 30 high-performance fat-loss meals. They’re non-conventional recipes, including curries, burgers, steak, lasagne, and fake-away meals. You will never have to eat brown rice and dry chicken breast again.
Initiative
our new initiative concept
The Forever Lean initiative is a new concept. We wanted to create ways in which people could work with us for a lower cost yet still, producing incredible results.
We constructed a group of programmes which, form the Forever Lean Initiative. The individual selects their programme by their desired outcome, for example, fat-loss/muscle gain/bodyweight only.
Once they subscribe to their programme, a Forever Lean coach will be assigned to guide you through your time with us.
The Forever Lean Initiative is perfect for those of you who may have already graduated a programme with us. Additionally, those of you who have a little more experience but would like some inspiration for workouts, education on food and supplement choices to further your results, or you would benefit from accountability with a professional.
Whatever it may be, we have you covered.
- You may choose from a multitude of programmes to suit your desired goal or the equipment you have available to you.
- Fat-loss Programmes – build and shape an incredible figure.
- Strength/Muscle gain – Increase muscle size and tone.
- CrossFit Programming – Increase Olympic lifts, and develop skills.
- Kettlebells – Minimal equipment, maximal results
- Bodyweight – For those of you who don’t have access to equipment or facilities. We have you covered.
- Each programme will have three sessions per week. The sessions will progress incrementally every week, ensuring maximal progress for you. You won’t stagnate since the sessions are high in variables which, keeps them entertaining and fun. The programmes arrive via our state-of-the-art training app, where you can watch a video demonstration of the movements, track bodyweight, pictures, and interact with your coach.
- You will have a fortnightly check-in with your Forever Lean coach to discuss progressions, nutrition, and lifestyle hacks. We’ll keep touching base with you to make sure that you are on the right track.

Blueprint
The forever lean blueprint
One of our most famous programmes, The Forever Lean Blueprint, is a group challenge. We begin with a free 7-day challenge which, you can join the waiting list for below.
The 7-day progresses to a 30-day online challenge which, we run through a private Facebook group.
We have had some pretty incredible results come through this programme. It seems to grow every time we launch the group. It’s also one of the most affordable ways to work with us.
- You will receive a meal plan designed by us. The meals are not your standard recipes, and we promote a large variety of foods for maximal enjoyment.
- Learning from our coaches every week, we will deliver live videos in the group to teach you about calories, how to weigh yourself, planning for a weekend, and how to have a drink guilt-free.

- Receive support and accountability from our coaches and the other members within our Facebook group.
