Hey,
I’m Mike and I’m the founder of the Forever Lean Program.

I’ve been working within the industry for 10 years now and in that time I’ve spent over 20,000 hours with clients.

I’m a qualified nutritionist and I would say it’s my secret weapon.

I’ve competed in natural bodybuilding, strongman, CrossFit and ran a solo marathon for charity during the lockdown.

I’ve taken athletes to competition and I’ve taken busy mums to their confident holiday body. I only focus on the individual and I aim to streamline your results as easy as possible.

I can’t wait to show you what Forever Lean can do!

Liam Senior

Health and fitness has been huge part of my life from day dot.

I am quite a social person as I love talking with people. However, there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve a personal goal which is what makes this role so special. .

I’m an ex professional Rugby league player and spent time with Wakefield Trinity. On the contrary to the stereotype of a rugby league player I consider myself a bit of a geek and love science, especially chemistry.

I try to spread my limitless energy with my clients and make the transformations fun!

Louise Hawkins

I’m a busy mum of two beautiful girls and an adaptive CrossFit athlete. 

It would be an understatement to say that exercise saved my life. 

I would say my biggest strength when working with people is the fact that I’ve had to make my own transformation. Both, physically and mentally. 

Working through my own transformation taught me so many things about dieting and training. Although, most of all, it taught me that it’s not a linear line. It’s a journey that evolves over time. 

But it’s 100% worth it. 

I can’t wait to see you inside the Forever Lean family.

Nick Doyle

I came from Team Sports background having played football and both codes of rugby until my early 20s.

I’m a keen road cyclist, travelling to the Alps every year to conquer the biggest mountains Europe has to offer. 

I’ve completed 2 Ironman Triathlons, the famous Marmotte and cycled the entire UK in 11 days.

I love a physical and mental challenge and I make your goals my own. I aim to teach you how to enjoy a brew and a cup of tea while maintaining an amazing body!
